Editorial Design -
Process & Pricing

Price and timeline is to be determined depending on the scope of the project.

What you get :

  • Print ready (or web ready) version of your project in the format requested (vector, png, tiff, gif or jpeg)

  • Mock-ups for placement, showcasing end use application

  • 2 rounds of revision (or more depending on the scope of the project)

Our process :

  • We want to know as much about your vision and project idea. We will have you complete our intake form to capture all the necessary information before starting sketching. Think Pinterest boards, target audience, intended use, values or message you want to share, etc.

  • We will take all the information we gathered from your intake form to create a Project Mood Board capturing the vision, direction, and essence of the design direction, which will be presented back to you for approval. This step takes a maximum of 4 days following the completion of the intake form.

Once the Mood Board is approved, sketching begins. Usually, this is when the 50% deposit happens, unless we agreed on something different.

The timeframe for the first draft to be completed and sent will vary depending on the scope of the project.

  • We want you to love your final product so we will typically go through 2 rounds of revisions to get your design just right.

After you’ve sent us the feedback you have on V.1, if you have any, we will start working on a revision for you. A revised version of the project will be sent shortly after. The time frame here is depending on the scope of the project.

We will repeat this process for the second round of revision.

The number of rounds of revision allocated depends on the scope of the project.

    • Transfer of the finale illustration with any additional assets that were requested at the start.

    • Invoicing.

    • Post-offer check-up to see if any extra help is needed.
