We want to know as much about your vision and project idea. We will have you complete our intake form to capture all the necessary information before starting sketching. Think Pinterest boards, target audience, intended use, values or message you want to share, etc.

We will take all the information we gathered from your intake form to create a Project Mood Board capturing the vision, direction, and essence of the design direction, which will be presented back to you for approval.

Once the Mood Board is approved, sketching begins.

We will then send you the complete first draft of the project.

We want you to love your final product so we will typically go through 2 rounds of revisions to get your design just right.

After you’ve sent us the feedback you have on the first draft, if you have any, we will start working on a revision for you.

You are allowed a second round of revision if need be.

Once your final design is approved, we will put together your final files including the Usage Guide and any assets requested for delivery.

The transfer of the files and of the copyrights happens once the final payment is received.

Our goal is for you to be able to use the elements of your branding seamlessly. We will offer a post-delivery check-up to see if any extra help is needed.
